ARCHIVE & LEGACY PLANNING

90th Anniversary Preparation (4-Year Plan)

Purpose
To preserve our chapter’s history, document our impact, and intentionally prepare for a meaningful and well-organized 90th anniversary celebration through the creation of a standing Archive & Legacy Planning Committee.

Plan

  • Establish an Archive & Legacy Planning Committee during Year 1

  • Collect, organize, and digitize chapter documents, photos, programs, and historical records

  • Develop standardized documentation practices for committees and officers

  • Create a centralized digital archive accessible to leadership

  • Begin early planning for 90th anniversary initiatives, storytelling, and commemorative activities.

To create a smoother, more engaging, and more supportive chapter experience through clear structure, effective communication, and increased transparency.
